Franchise Growth Lead - Bakery & Café Expansion

Paris Baguette is seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales Manager to drive growth and development of our US franchise network. You will lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to franchise award, coaching franchisees through discovery and onboarding. You will collaborate with real estate and legal teams, analyze markets to identify major growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with shareholders and franchisees to deliver our long-term strategy.
