Senior SBA Loan Operations Leader

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Loan Operations Administrator - SBA to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SBA and complex commercial loan transactions in Phoenix, AZ (and Reno, NV). You will oversee processing, documentation, closing, and funding while coordinating with Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal, and other partners. The role requires 5+ years of SBA processing experience, strong SBA SOP knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
