Cabling Technician

Key Responsibilities: Pull, route, and dress fiber optic cabling throughout the facility. Install and manage cable pathways while maintaining organization and quality standards. Label and secure cabling according to project requirements. Follow site safety protocols and all jobsite procedures. Support project leads and fellow technicians with installation activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications: Experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, electrical work, construction, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work on active construction sites and in data center environments. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Additional Information: Work will primarily involve pulling and dressing fiber optic cable. Tools are provided onsite. PPE is provided; candidates must supply steel-toe boots and standard construction attire. Candidates must complete required site onboarding and safety orientation prior to starting.
