Job Description:
Warehouse AssociateRJ’s Construction SupplyRJ’s Construction Supply is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials using forklifts and other equipment
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for customer pickup and delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Organize and keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Assist customers with materials in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or construction supply experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor/warehouse environment
