Guest Services Assistant Manager — Sales & Experience

European Wax Center VA is seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA) Assistant Manager to represent the brand professionally and uphold our values. This full-time role greets guests, manages check-in/out flow, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience. You will assist the Center Manager, promote Wax Pass benefits, and help schedule reservations. Prior EWC or front desk salon experience is preferred, with open availability and a friendly, energetic attitude.
