We're Hiring: Compensation Analyst
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate:
$40–$42/hour (W2) Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, reporting systems, dashboards, and large datasets. Ability to develop reports, analyze data, and provide business recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
