Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality client relationships through professional and ethical efforts Prospect new business through the phone and in-field visits. Communicate clearly with clients by phone and e-mail Train clients on use of their MCC systems and means to report service and supply needs Complete equipment training certifications related to your field Seek out opportunities to fulfill clients’ technology needs, even beyond your field of expertise Work with administrative and technical service teammates to serve our clients well Perform personal duties with wise business practices in mind Essential requirements & qualifications Residency and familiarity with Jackson, TN, and West Tennessee College degree preferred but people skills a must.
