About the role

Amsted Rail is seeking a Wheel Inspector to join the C-Shift in Kansas City, KS. You will perform magnetic particle, ultrasonic and visual inspection of wheels, mark defects, and record pertinent data to ensure ASNT and AAR conformance. Responsibilities include final-line checks, flange measurements, equipment setup, inventory data input, and defect escalation. Level I MT/UT certification must be earned within 18 months on the job.
