Position:
Chief Inspector
Compensation: $140,000- $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Bentonville, Arkansas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Chief Inspector to join their team! This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced aviation quality leader to oversee inspection operations, strengthen compliance, and help ensure every aircraft and maintenance activity meets the highest regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead quality assurance and inspection department operations Ensure compliance with FAA, RSQCM, TPM, and ISO/AS9110 standards Oversee AD, SB, STC, PMA, and major repair documentation Serve as liaison to regulatory authorities and stakeholders Review and update manuals, procedures, and compliance processes Monitor calibration, inspection training, and regulatory records Support audits, safety management, and facility compliance checks Manage, coach, and develop quality assurance team members Coordinate inspection activities with department leadership
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience 15+ years of aviation experience across multiple aircraft types 10+ years as Chief Inspector or Quality Supervisor Experience supporting heavy maintenance and modification projects Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate Current Inspection Authorization Ability to meet FAA Chief Inspector qualification requirements Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and quality systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance software Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with MISA or similar inspection tracking systems Background in SMS development and maintenance Familiarity with NIST traceability requirements Experience with weight and balance oversight Strong presentation and technical writing skills Experience working with government security requirements Background in hangar-based maintenance environments
