Rail Yard Conductor & Switcher - Career Growth

The conductor/switchman position at Watco Transloading will control and coordinate train movements while switching railcars in yards, industrial plants, or similar locations to facilitate unloading and loading for customers. This is a manual labor role with a prescribed training period and on-the-job instruction. The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to read and follow directions, understand basic math, and communicate in English.
