WHAT YOU'RE HERE TO ACHIEVE The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting the logistics of receiving and shipping company products. This position requires a combination of physical stamina, technical ability, organization and communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyReceive and organize incoming shipmentsLoad/unload materials and move inventory (pallet jack/forklift) Maintain accurate inventory records using systems like SAPCoordinate with Customer Service and internal teams on orders and shipmentsKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and organizedIdentify low stock and support inventory controlWHAT YOU'LL BRINGHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious warehouse, logistics, or distribution experienceExperience with inventory systems or scannersAbility to safely operate warehouse equipmentAbility to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in EnglishYou must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Must be able to speak, write and undeWHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFULYou enjoy active, hands-on work and staying busyYou take pride in accuracy and qualityYou're dependable and show up ready to contributeYou communicate well and work as part of a teamYou can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shiftComfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
