Orem Store Associate Redmond Heritage Farm Store is looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys building relationships with customers and teammates while helping people access thoughtfully sourced, carefully crafted food and household products. This role is ideal for someone who is contribution-minded, passionate about healthy living, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. If you enjoy a community-focused retail environment and want to be part of a mission-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you. Scheduled hours range from 8am9pm MonSat.
Job Duties:
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Receive and check in deliveries and packages
- Stock and merchandise products throughout the store
- Assist with milk, meat (refrigerated and frozen item) deliveries
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with upkeep of customer dining areas
- Participate in team operational and culture meetings
- Support daily store operations as needed
Knowledge and Skills:
- Interest in quality food and intentional sourcing
- Food Handler's Permit required
- Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of regular job duties.
- Ability to work in refrigerated and cold-temperature environments.
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude
- Quick learner who works well both independently and with a team
- Self-motivated and resourceful
