Mainframe System Programmer

💼 Experience: 10+ YearsWe are seeking an experienced Senior z/OS System Programmer to support enterprise Mainframe Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in z/OS System Programming, CICS, DB2, RACF, Sysplex/GDPS, Performance & Capacity Management, Automation, and ISV Product Support.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Installation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of z/OS environments✅ Support hardware/software upgrades and regular maintenance (RSUs)✅ Manage CICS, DB2, MQ, RACF, JES, USS, and ISV products✅ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis✅ Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and optimization✅ Implement backup/recovery strategies and ensure SLA compliance✅ Support automation and monitoring solutions across the enterprise✅ Participate in 24x7 production support and change management activities
