Overview In this role you lead platform engineering efforts for a growing digital insurance company, blending backend work with infrastructure modernization. You’ll shape internal platform capabilities and drive developer productivity across teams using Java and Kotlin. The role emphasizes AI-powered tooling and scalable, reliable systems. You’ll be at the forefront of cloud modernization and engineering enablement, with significant influence and high visibility.
