NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER High-Volume Upscale polished concept Atlanta, Georgia Total Compensation in the $275K Range We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished General Manager to lead one of Atlanta’s premier high-volume steakhouse operations for a successful international restaurant company. This opportunity is designed for an experienced GM with a background in an independent, upscale restaurant or a respected restaurant group known for exceptional food, polished hospitality, and elevated service standards. This is not a step-up opportunity. Candidates must currently be operating at the General Manager level and have complete responsibility for a sophisticated, high-volume restaurant. What You’ll DoLead all front- and back-of-house operations Maintain an uncompromising standard of service and hospitality Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing management team Create a polished and memorable guest experience Oversee the P&L, labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and controllable expenses Partner closely with culinary leadership Maintain consistency in food quality, service, cleanliness, and execution Build relationships with regular guests and the local community Drive sales, profitability, and long-term restaurant performance Lead visibly from the floor while creating accountability throughout the operation Represent the standards and culture of a respected international restaurant organization What We’re Looking ForCurrent General Manager of a high-volume, upscale restaurant Steakhouse or premium fine-dining experience strongly preferred Independent restaurant or highly respected restaurant-group background Experience with organizations recognized for elite service and hospitality Strong financial knowledge and full P&L responsibility Proven success developing managers and building stable teams Exceptional attention to detail Strong wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge Polished communication and executive presence Ability to lead demanding operations without sacrificing hospitality Willingness to relocate to Atlanta preferred CompensationTotal compensation in the $275K range Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus
