Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from contract award through fabrication, delivery, and installation coordination. Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and deliverables. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, detailers, shop personnel, and field teams. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain client relationships. Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines. Work closely with leadership to support operational efficiency and continued growth.

What We’re Looking For: Experience in structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals, or a closely related construction sector. Demonstrated project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills. Understanding of fabrication processes, construction drawings, scheduling, and project coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Experience with steel detailing, estimating, or fabrication management software is a plus.
