The schedule consists of working full time or part time with a traditional 4-day work week plus call (1:4), located in Ontario, OR - SAMC Ontario. This is a perfect opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking the support of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group practice. Our 10-bed LDRP Unit with a 2-bed newborn nursery in Ontario, OR (60 miles west of Boise) is clinically integrated with the Obstetrical Unit and accommodates an annual delivery rate of 400+ babies. It is the only facility in Malheur, Payette, Fruitland, Adams, and Washington Counties providing care by OBGYNs providers for infants >36wks CGA.With a commitment to practicing up-to-date, evidence-based medicine, the NICU team’s family-centered approach encourages parents and our expert staff in both the Boise, Nampa, and Ontario units to work together to achieve outcomes that exceed national benchmarks.
