UX/UI Web Designer

Overview In this role you will design and develop websites and multimedia apps from concept to deployment, shaping user experiences across web, mobile and eLearning. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into engaging interfaces and interactive products. You will stay current with UX/UI trends while expanding your technical toolbox. This position offers work on diverse multimedia projects and a chance to contribute to high‑impact IC-oriented systems. Responsibilities Design and develop websites and interactive multimedia applications from concept through deployment Create user interface designs for applications, websites, eLearning, mobile apps, and videos Apply modern UX/UI guidelines to projects Produce interactive multimedia products such as web-based training, games, and simulations for web and mobile Learn new applications and continuously expand technical skills Collaborate within a team on complex multimedia productions to leverage diverse specialty areas Key requirements Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor’s degree with ≥10 years of experience, or Master’s with ≥8 years, or PhD/JD with ≥5 years Sophisticated design aesthetic and current design trend knowledge; innovative mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping Experience with HTML5 and CSSKnowledge of Word Press, Java Script, Bootstrap, XML, Joomla, and/or Microsoft Share Point Experience collaborating with video editors, producers, ISDs, and web designers to translate client needs into multimedia productsself-motivationteam collaborationindependent working Adobe Creative Suitewireframing and prototypingHTML5 and CSS
