This role requires someone who can engage credibly with executives, mentor leadership teams, and contribute practical insight across operations, talent, and organisational performance. What You’ll Be Trusted ToPartner with the CEO and executive team on operational strategy, strategic planning, and execution priorities. Assess operating models, workflows, and performance barriers; recommend practical improvements. Lead operational excellence, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and accountability. Provide executive coaching to senior leaders on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and change adoption. Build alignment through effective stakeholder management across operations, finance, people, compliance, and other key functions. Support change management initiatives and manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation. Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and follow-through mechanisms to track progress against strategic goals.
