About the role
Full Stack Java Developer
Project: Community Health Systems
Location: Lansing, MI (hybrid, onsite once a week)
Team supports a web-based application for community health systems. This project is specifically working on automating a workflow that allows parents to complete paperwork before kindergartener’s first dental appointments. This is currently a paper process they would like to make more efficient. Day to Day: Working on new development for the application Back end – will work on developing new microservicesUI – rewriting the UI from Angular to React Support activities, working with consumers to identify bugs & correct them Support migration from RedHat to Openshift
Must Haves:
8+ years of Java development experience ReactSpring Boot, Spring MVCOracle, PL/SQLGood communication skills – will work directly with consumers
Nice to Have:
HTML/CSSAngular – UI is currently in Angular, but they are rewriting in React Previous experience in healthcare or state agencies
