Responsibilities: Examine a high volume of commercial agreements to identify clauses related to assignment, consent, transfer restrictions, and change of control. Evaluate how contracts should be handled during the separation process, including whether they should be assigned, amended, duplicated, novated, or retained. Advise stakeholders on legal exposure, contractual obligations, and practical options associated with separating business operations and shared functions. Create and refine review frameworks, tracking tools, templates, and workflow plans that support consistent contract analysis. Work closely with business partners and legal support personnel to collect key information, answer questions, and address contract issues. Assist with remediation activities by preparing or reviewing consent requests, amendments, and other supporting legal documents. Maintain clear records of completed reviews, pending actions, and status updates to support reporting and decision-making. Provide additional legal support on commercial contract matters and related business priorities as needed. The pay range for this position is 60 to 67.
