Travel Summary:
The Training Manager designs, develops, and delivers in-person and virtual training programs that strengthen associate performance and organizational capability. Working closely with the Training Department and department leaders, this role keeps training content aligned with current company policies and procedures while driving engagement, retention, and effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
Design, execute, and manage training initiatives, including onboarding, e-learning, and instructor-led programs Facilitate in-person and virtual classes, seminars, onboarding, and working sessions Confer with department leaders to understand training needs driven by changes in policies, procedures, technologies, and regulations Develop and maintain handouts, instructional materials, and manuals, and serve as a subject matter expert for operational company processes Assess training impact through feedback and performance data, then recommend and implement improvements Track and report on training outcomes, maintain training records, and complete administrative tasks by internal deadlines Manage logistics, time, budget, and resources for successful training delivery Foster an environment conducive to learning and retention, and support standards for Core Training locations
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or operations with a strong training component Proven experience facilitating virtual and in-person training, and designing or maintaining instructional content, materials, or e-learning tools Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tracking tools Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with high integrity and demonstrated leadership Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Teams
Preferred:
experience developing and facilitating training in a corporate or hospitality environment Ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time; extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required to support business needs What You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
