Senior Manager, Local Media Relations & Employer Brand

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Principal, Media Affairs & Employer Reputation to lead the US Global Manufacturing & Supply local media relations, employer branding, and reputation efforts. You will manage issues, crisis communications, and external stakeholder relations across state markets, coordinating with USO and Global teams. You’ll train senior spokespeople, guide crisis response, and ensure messaging aligns with Novo Nordisk’s corporate strategy.
