Call Requirements: NoGuaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs.

Must have:

  • Must have BLSAt least 2+ years of Medical-Surgical RNMinimal wound care experience
  • Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
  • Orthopedic Experience
  • Meditech Experience
  • Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) • Active TX RN License-Temp License are no longer accepted
  • Procedures performed on unit:
  • Total Knee/Hip ReplacementI&DPre-post-operative procedures
  • Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
  • Scrub ColorRN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
  • Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy
  • Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
  • Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
  • Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
