With over 30 years of experience serving the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Molecular and Genetic Testing, and Clinical Trials markets, NovoPath provides a powerful SaaS solution that enables labs to maximize efficiency and reduce human error, promoting superior patient care. The Company is highly regarded in the market for its innovation, customer experience, and product features.
THE POSITION:
NovoPath is seeking a Product Enablement Analyst to own the design, development, and delivery of training content across our product suite, and to track how that training translates into real feature adoption. This role serves both internal stakeholders (implementation, support, sales) and external users (lab directors, LIS administrators, bench-level lab staff) across diverse laboratory specialties. The ideal candidate understands clinical laboratory workflows, can translate complex LIS functionality into clear instructional content, and can read usage data closely enough to tell whether a feature isn't landing because users weren't trained on it or because the feature itself has a usability problem. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with direct impact on product adoption, onboarding velocity, and user competency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Training Content Development
