Dairy Product Innovation Leader

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Head of Product - Dairy to lead dairy product development across YVO and Own Label. Based in Blagdon with flexible working and 2-3 days in the office, you will set the innovation plan aligned to demand strategy and engage senior retailers. You will partner with Senior Head of Innovation and cross-functional teams to drive an insight-led program, nurture talent, and deliver on our ambitions for category growth and quality products.
