Capture Director, Defense & Space Strategy

Varda Space Industries is seeking a Capture Director to bridge Business Development and Mission Management, owning the end-to-end capture lifecycle for DoD opportunities. On-site in Huntsville, you will drive keep-sold expansion and optimize capture processes while leading price-to-win strategies across defense, aerospace, and space intelligence markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct rigorous go/no-go assessments, and cultivate relationships with government and industry
