Position Summary: We are looking for aSenior GNC Simulation and Algorithms Engineerto lead the design and development of high-fidelity simulation environments and advanced control algorithms for spacecraft. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) principles. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to model and optimize real-world spacecraft behavior and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full 6-DOF attitude and orbit simulations, including modeling of spacecraft dynamics, sensors, actuators, and environmental effects Design and implement advanced control algorithms such as PID, LQR, and optimal controllers Develop and validate state estimators including Kalman filters Conduct Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate robustness and system performance Perform system identification and model validation using flight or test data Implement algorithms in MATLAB and C++, with a focus on performance and accuracy Collaborate in a Git-based Linux development environment with other engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.
