Growth Strategy & Ops Lead Driver Network

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth to build and scale our driver network across markets. You will learn the core of supply growth—planning, recruiting, onboarding and activating drivers—then own new initiatives and scale those that prove effective. You will run pilots with clear hypotheses and metrics, partnering with Ops, Product and Support to improve onboarding. You’ll report trends and opportunities to leadership and drive cross-functional impact.
