Inbound Customer Service Representative

Afni, Inc., a leader in customer engagement solutions in the telecommunications industry, is looking for dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering excellent customer relationships by handling inbound calls effectively, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can adapt to varying customer needs and deliver effective solutions that align with our company’s objectives of enhancing client satisfaction and business performance. Answer inbound calls from customers to address their questions, complaints, or other queries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution and customer satisfaction. Manage large amounts of incoming calls, ensuring customer service standards are met. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Excellent listening and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certifications in Customer Service Management, such as the HDI Customer Service Representative Certification, are preferred but not required
