Strategic Telecom & AI Regulatory Counsel

Dialpad is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Telecommunications & Regulatory to serve as the primary legal authority across regulatory surface areas, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure scalable compliance infrastructure. The role focuses on FCC/state regulatory frameworks, consent and disclosure requirements for call recording, TCPA/FTSA exposure, and AI governance in a rapidly evolving landscape. California-based applicants are preferred.
