If your experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role taught you how to listen carefully and explain things clearly, those skills translate directly into this position. You do not need a specific degree or industry background to get started. Here is what your day-to-day involves: Speaking with clients about benefits options and helping them understand available plans Scheduling and confirming appointments for the team Following up with clients to answer questions and keep cases moving Maintaining organized records of every interaction Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. Training is structured and hands-on, so you will have guidance as you learn the process and begin working with clients directly. This is a full-time, on-site role in Vienna, VA.
