We’re a looking for a part-time Phone Sales Agent to help convert warm leads and increase revenue through customer follow-ups for our in-house e-commerce skincare brand, Derma Botanica. Your main responsibility will be calling customers who abandoned their carts to help them complete their purchase. You will also reach out to existing customers to recommend additional products, bundles, or refills.

Responsibilities:
- Call customers who abandoned their checkout and help them complete their purchase- Follow up with existing customers to recommend relevant products- Upsell bundles, subscriptions, or complementary items when appropriate- Answer product questions and guide customers toward the best options for their skincare needs- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and consultative approach on calls- Record call outcomes and notes in our CRM
Requirements:
- Previous experience in phone sales, telesales, or call center sales- Experience with abandoned cart recovery calls- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills- Comfortable handling objections and closing sales- Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment- Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural
Nice to Have:
