Bulk Cheese Production Operator

Great Lakes Cheese in Abilene, TX is seeking a Bulk Cheese Handler to prepare and cut cheese to meet customer specs while upholding GMP and safety standards. You will rotate through lines, operate cutters and lifting equipment, record production data, maintain sanitation, and communicate quality issues to line personnel in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.
