Director of Radiation Protection & RSO — Equity

Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks a Director of Radiation Protection to lead the Radiation Protection program and serve as the Radiation Safety Officer. You will champion a strong safety culture across EHSS and partner with departments to implement a proactive safety approach. You will develop programs, recruit and manage staff, perform program assessments, liaise with regulators, and report to the Radiation Safety Committee. This role requires deep health physics expertise and strong leadership.
