Business Development Representative

The Role: We're growing our Las Vegas sales team and we need closers. We pay well, and we expect results. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and growing the account. Your buyers are party rental companies, event venues, hotels, country clubs, golf courses, restaurants, and event designers. You're a hunter by nature and a relationship builder by choice. You also won't be doing it alone. Our marketing team puts real resources behind our reps, so when you reach out, the buyer has usually already heard of us. About half your time is on the road across the Western US, visiting clients, walking venues, and working trade shows. The other half you're building and working your pipeline.

What You'll Do: Find new business through outbound calls, email, networking, and trade shows, and follow up on leads from marketing. Run discovery calls and product consultations in person, by phone, or over video. Build detailed quotes with the right product recommendations and pricing. Follow up fast to close deals and hit your monthly revenue goals. Grow the accounts you land. The second order is where the real money is. Build strong connections across your regional markets. Keep your pipeline and customer records accurate in Net Suite and our CRM.

Who You Are: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in furniture, events, hospitality, foodservice, or rentals. A track record of hunting, closing, and hitting quota. You can show us the numbers. Hungry. You set your own targets higher than we would. Just as strong in person as you are on the phone, and you communicate clearly in both.
