IT Support Specialist

Salary: $52,000 - 60,320 per year Requirements:We need a strong background in Microsoft 365.We strongly prefer experience with VDI platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, or Citrix Workspace. We prefer hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. We prefer familiarity with Meraki networking. Prior MSP experience is a major advantage. We prefer at least 2 years of network management experience supporting small to large clients. Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools is preferred. Experience with backup solutions is preferred. Responsibilities:We provide day-to-day technical support for multiple clients across Microsoft 365 environments. We administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop environments. We manage devices, policies, and applications through Microsoft Intune. We support and configure Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems. We handle user onboarding and offboarding, along with tenant-level administration. We maintain accurate documentation and follow our internal best practices. We work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. We deliver first-line support starting at 8:00 AM.We travel onsite to client locations approximately 40% of the time using a company vehicle.
