Cellar Operator

Responsibilities: Execute brewhouse operations including milling, hop additions, and wort production Perform CIP/CUP and sanitation of fermenters, brite tanks, and transfer lines Manage yeast handling, pitching, cell counts, dry hopping, and gravity readings Operate filtration systems and support pilot brewing Monitor turbidity, CO?, and O? levels to meet product specifications Maintain accurate production documentation and logs Support packaging and cross-functional production teams Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces Qualifications 2+ years brewing or beverage manufacturing experience Strong knowledge of fermentation, sanitation, and filtration processes Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work varied shifts in a production environment Forklift certification a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
