Continuous Improvement Manager

Overview In this role you will act as a strategic partner to site leadership to boost operational and financial performance. You will lead the deployment and evolution of the VITAL Operating System, aligning with enterprise standards. You will drive high-impact CI projects from concept to sustainment, and build organizational capability through coaching and structured frameworks. You will collaborate across functions to deliver cross-functional improvements and leverage data to validate outcomes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership to identify improvement opportunities Analyze processes to design efficiency improvements with measurable impact Lead deployment and evolution of the VITAL Operating System at the site Oversee CI project selection, prioritization, and execution from concept to sustainment Establish CI frameworks, governance, and standard work Train, coach, and mentor employees in CI methodologies Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, safety to drive cross-functional improvements Use data-driven analysis to track performance and validate outcomes via KPIsStay current with CI trends and share best practices across the organization Key requirements 5-7 years delivering measurable improvements in business or operational performance Hands-on experience with Lean, Theory of Constraints, Kaizen; relevant certifications preferred Ability to lead and influence across multiple organizational levels Strong understanding of operational excellence in manufacturing or industrial settings Analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Project Management certification preferred or equivalent experience Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) a pluscommunicationfacilitationinterpersonal skills Lean Theory of Constraints Kaizen
