As a Residential Coordinator, you will support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program. You will demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community. You will ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines. You will help the women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability. You will foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal and professional boundaries. This position will work primarily with the single women in the program.
