26-31039 Pay Range: Minimum: $31.70/hr Mid: $39.62/hr Maximum: $47.54/hr Maximum rate applicable for candidates with up to 18 years of experience Additional Benefits: Relocation assistance up to $20,000 Additional $1,500 relocation incentive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients upon admission and throughout each shift and report changes in condition.
- Perform ordered procedures and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses or adverse reactions.
- Provide timely, compassionate patient care and respond to patient needs.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBCLS/BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Acute care experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to cross-train across units
