Industry Value AdvisorThe ChallengeIndustry value advisors are innovative, experienced industry experts who support the direction of Qualtrics' industry go-to-market strategies and partner with teams across the Qualtrics value chain on driving value for our customers. They bring the voice of the industry customer to amplify the efforts of Qualtrics teams: sales, product, solution engineering, solution strategy, value advisory, marketing, and customer success. They will develop a new consultative approach to support customers in regulated industries on their XM transformations and accelerate their ability to deliver financial and operational benefits.The Expectation for SuccessYou will know you are doing an extraordinary job when you:Consistently develop pipeline in partnership with sale and industry teamsGenerate leading industry thought leadershipDevelop reusable industry-focused assets for internal go-to-market teams to leverage in customer engagementsStrong acumen for delivering strategic customer engagementAbility to develop new innovative value offeringsAdept in solving complex financial and operational data analysisExpert in developing and delivering complex business financial investment presentationsExpert in developing and delivering executive style presentationsKey ActivitiesLead development of industry-specific use cases and corresponding value drivers that help industry customers solve their business challengesSupport Head of Industry Advisory with generation of thought leadership on industry-specific experience managementDrive development of go to market collateral (pitch decks, POVs, 1-pagers, etc.) that will resonate with industry customersProvide industry-specific deal advisory support to key account teams with view to creating repeatable assets that can be leveraged by other parts of Qualtrics when possibleCreate company-specific point of view documents and business cases on the XM opportunity and its potential financial impact (consists of in-depth company research, financial analysis, industry research, and XM benefit analysis) for Government customers and prospects as well as other key accountsQualificationsStrong Government domain expertise: well-versed in challenges and opportunities impacting the Government, industry value drivers, industry technology stacks10+ years of experience - combination of direct Government work experience and strategic consulting for Government; SaaS and customer experience strategy knowledge and/or experience is a bonusOutstanding executive presence and communication skills to be able to engage with C-level executivesEffective visual and verbal storytelling skills (e.g., logical structuring, focused on customers' business objectives)Skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration to accomplish industry strategy executionUndergraduate degree; MBA, MA/MS, Phd, or graduate degree in relevant field preferredThe base pay range for this position is $150k - $267k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
