Recruiter

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner supporting a manufacturing site and its leadership team. Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, and support roles. Partner with leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans that support business objectives. Proactively identify hiring challenges, talent gaps, and workforce trends, recommending solutions to improve hiring outcomes. Maintain a strong onsite presence to support hiring managers, strengthen partnerships, and stay connected to evolving business needs. Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, coordination, and follow-through. Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance while maintaining accurate data within recruiting systems. Partner closely with HR and business leaders to support onboarding and successful candidate transitions. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency, hiring quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, competing priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. Highly proactive approach with the ability to anticipate hiring needs and solve problems independently. Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies. Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage data to support hiring decisions. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular onsite presence and engagement with leadership teams.
