About the Role: Wings Over Fate Bar & Grill is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our team in Fate, TX! If you love the fast-paced energy of a kitchen and take pride in serving up delicious food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and prep stations
  • Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service during high-volume rushes
  • Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
