Summary:
We are looking for motivated Assembly Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling components, performing inspections, and testing products. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components according to established procedures and specifications
- Inspect parts and finished products
- Perform functional testing and make necessary adjustments
- Record production counts and maintain daily documentation
- Properly use and maintain hand tools and equipment
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Quality-focused mindset
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn multiple assembly processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized and safety-conscious work habits
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
