Basic Qualifications: By start date, a minimum of 15 completed college-level credit hours in business, Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: A completed Bachelor's degree and enrollment verification or 9 credit hours completed in a graduate program related to business, Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field. Experience in product or change management Familiarity with project management principles and tools Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio) Prior use of MS Project or PowerBI a plus

Professional Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, time and resource effectively Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand project and change management concepts (Agile, ADKAR etc.).
