Part-Time And Prn Cota Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Part-Time and PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare in Greensburg. If you enjoy working with older adults and want to be part of a therapy team that values good communication, clinical judgment, and meaningful relationships with residents, this may be a great fit. We're a therapist-led company, and we try to keep our approach simple: support our clinicians, give them room to do their jobs well, and stay focused on providing thoughtful, individualized care.
What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activities
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goals
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with OTs, nursing, other therapy team members, residents, and families
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania COTA license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A kind, dependable, resident-centered approach
- An interest in working with older adults
