Help Desk Analyst📍 Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite) Corporate Office💰 Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hrMost Help Desk jobs look the same. This one doesn't. We're looking for a Help Desk Analyst who enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, and being the go-to resource when technology issues arise. What You'll Do: As a Help Desk Analyst, you'll provide first-level technical support to internal users and help ensure business operations run smoothly. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Microsoft technologies, document solutions, and assist users with day-to-day technology needs.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft Office-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and applications. Resolve incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate ticket documentation. Support users in a Windows-based environment. Assist with Active Directory account administration and user support. Maintain hardware inventory and assist with equipment deployment. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Train users on technology solutions and best practices. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications 1-3 years of Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or related IT support experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments. Experience supporting users in an Active Directory environment. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Infrastructure Certification or similar Microsoft certification.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Service
  • Now, Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
  • Hardware repair, deployment, and workstation setup experience.
  • Experience creating documentation and training end users.
