Head of People Operations & Experience

Button is seeking a Director of People Operations to own onboarding, the employee lifecycle, compliance, compensation, and day-to-day experience for a fast-growing organization in New York. You will oversee HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems, benefits programs, and a compliant multi-state US employment practice while coaching managers and building scalable talent processes aligned with Button's culture.
