LPN: Acute & Cardiac Care — Flexible Shifts

Bronx Park Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will follow the care plan, perform treatments, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive outcomes. You will administer medications, monitor patients, document accurately using medical terminology, and assist with transfers and nutrition support.
